The Capacity for Change Project is a strategic organizational strengthening initiative designed to enhance the resilience, sustainability, and operational effectiveness of Purple Innovation for Women and Girls. The project focuses on strengthening institutional systems, improving leadership capacity, enhancing financial sustainability, and increasing the organization’s ability to effectively serve women and girls across Malawi.
The initiative supports the long-term vision of creating sustainable and impactful community programs that empower women and girls through entrepreneurship, digital skills development, advocacy, and innovation.
